I’ve been catching bits and pieces of Constantine for several weeks now. Today, while I’m nursing this foul cold, I’m watching the whole movie on FX DVDonTV. It’s actually a decent movie.

I am drawn to these movies with religious themes. While based on a comic book, this movie begins with a reference to the Spear of Destiny, otherwise known as the Holy Lance — the spear used by a Roman soldier to pierce Christ’s side.
