Keeping Fit
What got me on this fitness kick? In mid-January, I put on a regular pair of pants that I wear every couple of weeks after they come back from the dry cleaner, and I was in physical pain because they were so tight. I couldn’t believe it! I thought something else was wrong with me. After that, I said, “Enough is enough.”
Where to start though? Thankfully, LifeHacker gave me a starting point. I also found the previously mentioned Lose It! so that I can use my iPhone to help me track my daily calorie (and nutrient) intake. Find a way to make it happen and get back in shape in 2009.
